The Sleeping Hour by Patrick J. Wilson

If time could sleep for an hour,

Perhaps the world would experience some peace.

If time could rest for a minute,

Perhaps the minds of many would be at ease.

If time could pause for a second,

Perhaps we could finally see

That Time is a valuable commodity –

One that hoards no voucher or is guarantee.

Patrick James Wilson currently teaches English at Coastal Pines Technical College, and he has taught at that school for nearly ten-years. He is married to his high school sweetheart, and both share two beautiful daughters. When Patrick is not teaching or writing, he enjoys walking the beach and spending time with family and friends.
