Vincent by Terrence Sykes

Vincent can you hear me

can you lend me an ear

beneath the starry starry night

wheat fields

sown & reaped

all the way to Provence

your yellow room

grey & ecru'd

echoes of your elegy

can you hear me Vincent

Terrence Sykes was born and raised in the rural coal mining area of Virginia. This isolation brings the theme of remembrance to his creations.
