Flakes flit across a charcoal canvas

smiling, tender and white

gathering one by one

they swirl, pirouette,

bowing

before they disappear

into slush

Yash’s work  has been published in The Journal of Compressed Creative Arts, Write City Magazine, and Ariel Chart, among others.
