Echoes of You by Lori Cramer

Echoes of you beckon to me on the bleakest of nights, a mesmerizing melody weaving its way through my unconsciousness. I travel the unlit path unfolding before me, past schoolyards and ballfields, along deserted dirt roads and highways, to the ocean’s edge, where you stand in silence.

Lori Cramer’s prose poetry has appeared in Chantarelle’s Notebook, Ink In Thirds, Mojave Heart Review, Unbroken Journal, and Whale Road Review, among others. Her story “Scars” (Fictive Dream, February 2018) was nominated for Best Microfiction 2019. Links to her writing can be found at https://loricramerfiction.wordpress.com. Twitter: @LCramer29.
